Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with one of the world’s fastest growing creative agencies on a newly created Associate Director of Finance opportunity, owing to explosive global growth.
As Associate Director of Finance, you will lead the day-to-day activities for the US business, working closely with the Global Finance Director (UK based), as well as US General Manager who is based in NYC.
You’ll be perfect for this opportunity if you are seeking a very visible role within the agency, owning everything accounting, finance and commercial related.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day Finance Lead for the US business
Own the full month close process with analysis and commentaries
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with US GAAP (ASC 606), including reviewing client contracts & statements of work
Support pricing decisions and own client / project profitability analysis
Continue to evolve and automate key processes and controls
Own intercompany recharge processes
Profile
Progressive experience within a creative / agency environment
Professional accounting qualification prefered (CPA)
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition under ASC 606
Full-cycle accounting experience in a client-led or project-based business
Strategic / commercial finance experience, in particular around client contracts and pricing
Confident business partner to Client Leads and GTM functions
