We are seeking a commercially driven enterprise sales leader to accelerate our growth across North America. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be responsible for originating and closing new business across fund administration, client servicing, and managed services within the private capital markets.

As a senior member of the commercial team, you will lead front-line revenue generation efforts, managing the full enterprise sales lifecycle—from identification and outbound origination through commercial negotiation and signed mandate. You will build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related market participants.

This role is suited to a disciplined, high-performing enterprise seller with a proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals within sophisticated alternative asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development across the U.S. private capital market.

Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle across fund administration, client servicing, and managed services.

Engage senior decision-makers, including General Partners, CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Investor Relations.

Proactively originate opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, network activation, and market mapping.

Build and maintain relationships across the broader private capital ecosystem, including law firms, audit firms, consultants, placement agents, and other industry intermediaries.

Deliver compelling, consultative proposals aligned to sophisticated client operating models.

Represent the Company at industry conferences, LP/GP events, and strategic client engagements.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM reporting.

Partner closely with client services, onboarding, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Provide structured market intelligence and competitive insight to commercial leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

12+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience within private markets.

Demonstrated success selling fund services (fund administration, outsourced operations, fiduciary services) and/or complex platforms to private equity, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure managers.

Proven ability to manage long, multi-party enterprise sales cycles.

Strong understanding of the North American private capital ecosystem, with an established network or demonstrated ability to build senior-level relationships.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to scale business in a growth environment.

Executive presence and strong communication skills, with credibility at the C-suite level.

High emotional intelligence and relationship-oriented selling approach.

Strong CRM discipline and structured pipeline management capability.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

Builds a qualified and measurable U.S. pipeline within the first 90 days.

Demonstrates full command of the product suite within 6 months and independently leads enterprise sales engagements.

Activates existing network to generate early-stage opportunities.

Closes initial enterprise mandates within 6–9 months and establishes repeatable pipeline momentum.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $240,000. This position is also eligible for sales commission. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
