Director of Dining Services
to lead its culinary operations. Oversee day-to-day operations for all dining service programs, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and hospitality standards Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of managers, culinary professionals, and service staff to ensure seamless execution and labor budget compliance. Financial Management:
Maintain full P&L responsibility, including developing budgets for food, labor, and supplies while ensuring purchasing compliance. Culinary Excellence:
Partner with the Executive Chef to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals and therapeutic diets, while driving resident satisfaction through variety and choice. Compliance & Safety:
Serve as the primary representative for health inspections and ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Position Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract food service management. Minimum 1+ year of experience at a CCRC or Life Plan Community providing continuum of care services Current ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain required local food safety certifications. Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and complex P&L statements. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional leadership style capable of navigating a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package Details Annual Salary:
$80,000 – $90,000 Incentives:
Up to 10% annual Performance-based bonus Health Benefits:
