Role Description
Momentum is seeking a full-time Video Editor to work directly on
Trevor Bauer’s YouTube channel
and other Momentum media projects. This role is responsible for editing high-quality long-form baseball content that reaches millions of viewers across YouTube and social platforms. We’re looking for a hard-working editor who loves baseball and understands YouTube storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex, multi-camera productions and turning raw game footage into compelling, fast-paced content. This role requires someone who can handle 7–8 camera angles and 7–10 audio tracks, organize large media projects, and collaborate closely with a creative team to produce engaging sports content. You will work directly with the Momentum media team to edit and produce Trevor Bauer’s baseball content, turning raw footage into compelling long-form videos through strong storytelling and high-level editing. Qualifications
Proficient in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with multi-camera editing workflows Ability to create simple motion graphics to aid in storytelling Strong understanding of YouTube pacing and visual storytelling Ability to manage and mix multiple audio tracks Strong media organization and project management skills Basic color correction and grading experience Ability to incorporate sound design and music to enhance edits Strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Passion for baseball or sports content strongly preferred
