We are a very busy Dealership and are seeking the right person with a positive attitude to join us as a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Developing and implementing a brand’s strategy and campaigns.

Overseeing internet marketing.

Building a marketing plan.

Conducting competitor research.

Planning the annual marketing strategy.

Creating a calendar of campaigns and events.

Developing brand strategy.

Assisting with the marketing budget.

Analyzing the market and competitors.

Approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods.

Ensuring brand consistency on all channels.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success as a Marketing Director or in senior marketing roles, preferably within car rental, travel, or retail industries, showcasing your ability to lead teams and deliver results.

Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.

Multichannel Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional channels (radio, TV), with experience crafting integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in ROI analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage data to optimize marketing strategies and investment decisions.

Collaborative Approach: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to achieve shared objectives and align strategies.

Innovative Mindset: Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new opportunities and emerging trends in marketing and technology.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities Campaign & Promotion Management

Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and seasonal sales events

Develop promotional messaging for sales, service, and special dealership events

Coordinate monthly on marketing timelines with dealership leadership and sales teams

Email Marketing

Develop and send recurring email campaigns to dealership databases

Write subject lines, promotional messaging, and calls-to-action

Track performance metrics such as open rates, clicks, and lead generation

Advertising & Lead Generation

Collaborate with advertising vendors on digital campaigns including paid social, search, and display ads

Assist with lead generation initiatives and marketing funnels

Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations

Brand Management

Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels

Ensure dealership websites, social pages, and digital assets reflect current promotions

Vendor & Partnership Coordination

Manage relationships with marketing vendors, media partners, and promotional collaborators.

Track vendor performance to measure effectiveness.

Assist with partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations

Website Management

Conduct weekly website audits to ensure accuracy of inventory listings, pricing, CTAs, and promotional messaging.

Update and manage monthly website specials for sales, service, and seasonal promotions.

Collaborate with the website vendor/platform provider to create and launch landing pages for sales events, lead generation campaigns, and dealership promotions.

Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, lead conversions, and user engagement to identify optimization opportunities.

Co-Op Advertising & OEM Compliance

Manage dealership OEM co-op advertising funds, ensuring optimal use of available co-op funds.

Coordinate with advertising vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are structured to qualify for co-op reimbursement.

Track co-op fund balances and spending to maximize reimbursement opportunities throughout the year.

Prepare and submit co-op reimbursement claims, including required documentation such as invoices, screenshots, proofs of performance, and campaign assets.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Track marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness

Provide periodic reports and insights to leadership on campaign results
