Location: Metro Atlanta Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM Pay Rate: $18 $22 per hour + Commission Opportunities
About the Role Manage and grow business across the Metro Atlanta market by building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, strategic selling, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Developing and executing creative sales strategies to connect with potential clients Driving weekly sales touchpoints to track progress, refine strategies, and exceed sales targets Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs Collaborating with internal teams to match top talent with the right opportunities Analyzing staffing data and market trends to become a trusted advisor to clients Working closely with senior management to support branch-level growth goals
