In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring that accounts are managed effectively and that customer needs are handled with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining positive business relationships. Responsibilities Maintain and manage client accounts while providing consistent and professional service. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Monitor account activities and provide updates or reports when required. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Support the development of long-term client relationships and business growth. Ensure all client information and account documentation are properly maintained. Qualifications
