What You’ll Do RK Real Estate & Development is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support the marketing and branding efforts for real estate and development projects. This position will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting property listings and development initiatives, managing digital and print campaigns, and enhancing brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and results-driven, with the ability to produce engaging content, analyze market trends, and generate leads that highlight both investment potential and community growth.

Manage and update the RK Real Estate & Development website.

Administer RK Real Estate & Development property listings on various web platforms (Crexi, LoopNet, etc.)

Manage physical property signage across RK Real Estate & Development’s U.S. portfolio to include pricing, hiring, design, installation, and tracking

Create marketing materials such as property flyers, banners, brochures, etc.

Oversee planning and coordination of real estate conferences to include registration, content creation, travel arrangements, booth design and setup.

Facilitate drone footage of existing properties and create marketing videos.

Manage social media accounts and content creation.

Maintain and update email marketing and contact lists for prospecting.

Ability to travel overnight to real estate conferences and industry shows (approx. 6 per year).

Produce printed and electronic content, such as RK Acquisition Site Criteria, owned properties available for sale or lease, brochures, boards for conventions, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

Proficiency in social media management and email marketing software

Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Photography and video editing skills (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organizational abilities

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all audiences

Close vision for computer work

Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard

Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time

Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
