Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a multitalented, customer-centric individual with persuasive communication skills and a passion for learning, to help support and grow our business. This is an

entry-level, blended role

combining customer service, marketing support, and inside sales responsibilities.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers from order entry through delivery, assisting with marketing content development, coordinating trade shows, and contributing to inside sales and business development for our Autonomous Wheels (AGV) business segment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, building skills in sales and marketing, and growing into a broader commercial role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales cycle from order entry through delivery using ERP software.

Prepare and send customer quotations with minimal supervision, including lead times.

Maintain regular contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues.

Understand customer needs and identify basic sales growth opportunities.

Maintain and update the customer and prospect database (CRM)

Coordinate customer-related projects with internal departments.

Marketing Support (30%)

Assist with the creation of marketing materials (leaflets, sales sheets, presentations, etc.)

Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.

Work closely with local sales personnel and the Global Marketing Coordinator

Help organize and participate in trade shows and industry events.

Assist with business development activities for the Autonomous Wheels (AGV) segment.

Support prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity tracking.

Contribute to basic market and competitor research.

Help track and report sales pipeline activity.

Education and experience

1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing support role

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
