
Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing initiatives to support The Wall Street Hotel's commercial objectives. The role drives brand awareness, demand, and revenue for rooms, food and beverage, and meetings and events, ensuring all communications reflect the hotel’s positioning as a luxury, independent property in New York City’s Financial District.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Brand Management
Develop and maintain annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s business plan and brand positioning.
Define and protect brand standards, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager to ensure marketing priorities support long‑term asset value.
Digital Marketing and E‑Commerce
Oversee hotel website content, offers, and visuals to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong conversion.
Coordinate with digital partners on SEO, paid media, and meta‑search; monitor performance and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.
Manage email marketing calendar, content, deployment, and reporting.
Social Media and Content
Lead social media strategy in close partnership with the social media agency to align with brand and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with the agency on content strategy, calendars, and creative; review and approve posts and campaigns for brand alignment.
Work with the agency and photographers/videographers on photo and video shoots to ensure all assets reflect The Wall Street Hotel’s brand standards.
Public Relations and Partnerships
Work alongside Director of Sales & Marketing to coordinate with PR agency to secure media coverage in key luxury, travel, lifestyle, and local outlets.
Manage media and influencer visits, including vetting requests and coordinating itineraries.
Develop partnerships with luxury brands, neighborhood businesses, and cultural institutions that reinforce the hotel’s positioning.
Commercial Collaboration and Promotions
Partner with Revenue Management to develop and measure offers and packages that support need periods and key segments.
Support Sales with collateral and marketing assets for corporate, group, entertainment, and leisure accounts.
Provide marketing support for on‑property events and activations.
Collateral, Creative, and Brand Compliance
Oversee creation and upkeep of marketing collateral (print and digital) to ensure materials are current and on brand.
Coordinate photography and videography needs and manage asset delivery.
Ensure all marketing and communications comply with brand and ownership guidelines.
Reporting and Budget Management
Prepare regular marketing performance reports summarizing key initiatives and KPIs.
Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, invoice coding, and tracking against plan.
Internal Communication and Teamwork
Communicate upcoming campaigns and initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Participate in commercial and revenue meetings as required.
Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, travel, or premium consumer brands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and the New York City market.
Proficiency with common marketing and analytics tools (CMS, email platforms, social media tools, basic web analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
