Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Service Professional
to handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Make outbound calls as required Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Document customer interactions and update systems accordingly Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed
Required Skills & Experience Minimum
2 years of experience
in a call center or customer service role Bilingual
(as required by facility) Strong
verbal and written communication skills Excellent
active listening skills
with attention to customer needs Strong
problem-solving abilities
to identify issues and deliver solutions Comfortable handling high call volumes Proficient in basic computer applications and systems
