
Salesforce Architect ( Benefits & sales, Administration)

We’re looking for experienced Salesforce professionals with
strong domain expertise in Benefits, Sales, and Administration within healthcare or insurance.
Experience as a Salesforce , preferably on Health Cloud implementations. Strong understanding of Sales and Benefits Administration processes within healthcare or insurance industries. Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools (MuleSoft, RES T/SOAP). Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions in regulated environments. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud features and capabilities. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITECH. Strong skills in data modeling, identity and access management, and system integration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing in Salesforce. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer are highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in Salesforce
Health Cloud. Familiarity with enterprise healthcare applications and standards (HL7, FHIR). Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies. Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Git.
