The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position can be filled immediately for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) team in the development, communication, and management of our DE&I strategy in close collaboration with the responsible stakeholders

Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of a broad range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to execution

Help with research, coordination, and provision of resources, communication initiatives, and training for the community that motivates organizations and individuals to take action

Support the monitoring of campaign progress regarding timelines, costs, and quality, and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations

Create presentations, concepts, and communication materials to raise awareness of DE&I within the organization, as well as support research and benchmarking efforts

Your Qualifications

Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or a comparable field

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

German language skills are desirable

Proficient in MS Office applications

Initial experience in the HR field or with DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally within an international company

Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or voluntary activities

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multinational team

Talent for creating appealing and visually engaging presentations of information, as well as the ability to work independently and quickly familiarize oneself with new topics

High motivation and initiative

Strong communication skills and a results-oriented working style
