REQUIRED. This role focuses primarily on

sourcing/recruiting new candidates, reviewing resumes ,

screening candidates , and

recommending qualified applicants

for next-stage interviews for roles within Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Firms and Alternative Asset Managers. Ideal for someone with a strong recruiting background or accounting/finance background who thrives on efficiently identifying talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Source new candidates through LinkedIn and cold messaging/calling. Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple open roles. Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements. Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct brief screening calls as needed to confirm basic fit or interest. Collaborate with hiring managers and full-time recruiters to align on role criteria. Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS. Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top candidates. Qualifications: 2-10+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance or Recruiting position Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries. Excellent judgment and attention to detail. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who can manage workload independently in a remote environment.
