We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Assistant to support the execution of on-brand campaigns, track performance, and nurture the relationships that fuel our referrals. You’ll work directly with the Owner and Sales Team to ensure our message is consistent and our referral partners feel valued. This role blends marketing strategy with human connection. You’ll manage our marketing assets and reports and help coordinate appreciation events, gift drops, and relationship-building campaigns.

Your Core Responsibilities Marketing Execution (Structured & Data-Driven)

Create and publish marketing materials that follow our established brand guidelines

Maintain and update website and email content (you won’t have to write from scratch—we have a brand voice)

Track marketing metrics and deliver monthly analytics reports with recommendations

Ensure consistency across all client-facing materials and internal communications

Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize processes

Business Development & Referral Partner Outreach

Coordinate appreciation gifts and in-person drop-offs to referral partners

Organize monthly LinkedIn Live training events for our partners

Create and distribute a branded monthly newsletter for referral sources

Support the planning of appreciation events and partner engagement initiatives

Follow up with past and potential referral partners via phone, email, or in person
