Core Responsibilities

Own the Outreach:

Execute the “first touch” on leads generated from Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Fuel the Pipeline:

Re-engage and convert raw inquiries into qualified appointments for the senior consulting team.

Drive Volume:

Maintain a consistent, high-energy phone presence while navigating high daily dial volumes.

Master the “Open”:

Build instant rapport with leads to re-ignite interest and create opportunity.
