The Multifamily Property Operations Manager will oversee daily property operations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of assets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include coordinating property management activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance projects, and developing strategies to optimize property performance. The role also involves training and supporting staff to meet organizational goals and maintaining a high standard of property appearance and function. Qualifications

Property Management and Real Estate expertise, including experience in multifamily property operations and asset management Leadership and Team Management skills, including staff training, mentorship, and conflict resolution Operational Efficiency and Organizational skills, with the ability to monitor budgets, manage vendor contracts, and ensure compliance Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to address tenant concerns and manage property challenges effectively Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with tenants and stakeholders Proficiency in Property Management Software and operational tools A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not required Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting is a plus
