About the Role Mt. Juliet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants. We run a high-volume operation with consistent showroom traffic, strong internet lead flow, and a large new and used inventory. Salespeople who stay organized and follow up close deals here. The commission structure is straightforward and rewards volume.

This is a cradle-to-grave sales role — you own your customers from first contact through delivery and beyond. We have a dedicated Leads Manager whose sole job is to ensure leads are distributed fairly, follow-up tasks are completed, and reps have the support they need. Your leads are your business.

Commission Structure

1–9 units: $400 per vehicle – applies to units sold

10–14 units: $450 per vehicle – applies to all units that month

15–19 units: $500 per vehicle – applies to all units that month

20+ units: $550 per vehicle – applies to all units that month

Example Monthly Gross:

9 units → $3,600

12 units → $5,400

17 units → $8,500

20 units → $11,000+

Bonuses

Fast Start Bonus:

Sell 10 units by the 15th → $1,000

Salesperson of the Month:

Top unit volume → $1,000 (tiebreaker: gross profit)

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery

Work inbound showroom traffic, phone calls, and internet leads

Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems

Conduct test drives

Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up

Complete purchase documentation accurately

Ensure post-delivery customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required

Prior automotive sales experience preferred; strong B2C sales background considered

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently

Comfortable with CRM tools or willing to learn quickly

Professional presentation and clear communicator

Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly encouraged to apply
