Select Business Unit Account Manager
to service and support a book of business, guiding clients through their policy lifecycle, renewals, and account servicing needs. If you thrive in a client-focused environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow your career in insurance, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do:
Manage and service an assigned book of business Guide clients through the policy year and renewal cycle Handle policy changes, remarketing, and account rounding Respond to client and carrier inquiries quickly and accurately Submit First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and assist with claim support Review policy expirations and renewal activity Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance carrier regulations Support additional team projects as needed What You Bring:
✔ 5-10 years of insurance experience (Required) ✔ Active NJ Producer’s License – Property & Casualty (Required) ✔ Strong communication and client service skills ✔ Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions ✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) ✔ Ability to work hybrid and commute to Vineland, NJ Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity:
