Looking for a skilled Database Administrator (PostgreSQL/Oracle) with strong Python development expertise and hands‑on experience in Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize enterprise databases while developing scalable Python‑based applications and AI‑driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases (performance tuning, backup/recovery, replication, security).
Design and implement database schemas, indexing strategies, and high‑availability architectures.
Develop and maintain Python applications, APIs, and automation scripts.
Integrate Generative AI models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows and applications.
Build data pipelines for AI/ML workloads, including data preprocessing and vector storage solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, secure, and performant systems.
Ensure database compliance, security standards, and operational best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience in PostgreSQL and/or Oracle database administration.
Experience with vector databases (e.g., postgres pgvector).
Proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI/Flask, Pandas).
Experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain).
Knowledge of database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
Experience with Linux environments and scripting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
