What We’re Looking For

3 years of proven experience selling

staffing services.

Strong track record in

B2B sales and business development

Experience generating new business through:

Cold calling

Prospecting

On-site client visits

Relationship building

Ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts strategically

Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do

Actively prospect and develop new clients.

Visit client offices and build strong in-person relationships

Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach

Drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the market

Represent Team 360 Staffing with professionalism and strategic vision
