About The Role We are seeking a relentless Ecosystem Growth Manager to solve one of the hardest challenges in Web3: the Cold Start problem of a new Layer-1. You will be the architect of both supply and demand within the AIVM ecosystem—responsible for onboarding GPU compute providers, attracting AI builders, and securing enterprise data partners who will power real-world adoption. This is not a token-sales role. You are championing a decentralized cloud infrastructure that competes directly with centralized giants while offering cryptographic proofs and verifiable inference. Your work will define the early foundation—and long-term success—of AIVM's ecosystem.

Responsibilities Supply-Side Growth (DePIN Infrastructure)

Identify, evaluate, and onboard GPU clusters, independent data centers, and miners repurposing hardware for AI compute

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of Resource Providers contributing compute power to AIVM

Ensure smooth onboarding processes and coordinate technical integration with engineering teams

Developer & Protocol Adoption

Scout top-tier AI developers, agents-as-a-service builders, and Web3 protocols requiring verifiable inference

Persuade teams to deploy their AI agents, models, and applications on AIVM instead of centralized cloud providers

Support builders through onboarding, integration, and Mainnet deployment

Strategic Partnerships

Negotiate high-impact integrations with Data Availability layers, Oracle providers, enterprise infrastructure partners, custody solutions, and tooling providers

Establish partnerships that increase AIVM's enterprise readiness and ecosystem composability

Incentive Program Design

Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to structure targeted incentives: Ecosystem grants, "Global Hunt" acquisition campaigns, and liquidity mining and supply-side reward programs

Prioritize quality over quantity—attract long-term contributors, not mercenary participants

Enterprise & Crypto-Native Alignment

Bridge communication between enterprise partners (who operate in fiat) and the crypto-native architecture of AIVM

Translate technical, economic, and compliance requirements into clear pathways for adoption

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Web3 BD or Ecosystem Growth, ideally at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or DePIN (Decentralized Infrastructure) project

Technical fluency in AI and blockchain fundamentals: understanding inference vs. training, the value of H100-class GPUs, and the importance of sovereign chains

Strong network of builders and operators—including node operators, GPU providers, validators, AI developers, and protocol teams

Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end: from outreach to negotiation to technical integration to Mainnet launch

Highly autonomous and able to build, manage, and scale your own pipeline in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience onboarding compute providers or managing infrastructure supply

Background working with enterprise AI workloads or cloud infrastructure

Familiarity with incentive design, token economics, or ecosystem grant frameworks

Strong understanding of modular blockchain stacks, verifiable compute, and decentralized execution layers

Additional Information

Employment Compliance and Confidentiality:

All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee's country of residence. As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to you jurisdiction. This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship

Employment Structure:

The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, depending on the location and role. Individuals will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement

Compensation:

Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems

Probationary Period:

All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long‑term alignment with the role and company
