
Marketing & Creative Coordinator

ATRBUTE is seeking a full-time, hybrid Marketing & Creative Coordinator to develop decks and treatments and support marketing communications, social media and content creation, website updates, and artist portfolio curation.
This collaborative role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in art and culture who is creative, highly organized, visually literate, and digitally fluent.
You will work closely with our agents and leadership team to help promote our roster of talent, keeping our marketing engine running smoothly while contributing ideas and creative thinking along the way.
Key Responsibilities Presentations & Creative Materials
Collaborate with agents and artists to develop clear, visually compelling treatments that translate ideas into strong visual narratives
Organize imagery, case studies, and copy into clear, polished pitch decks and RFP materials
Maintain templates and visual standards across decks and presentation materials
Email Communications & Social Media
Create, schedule, and manage content across social channels
Maintain email marketing databases to keep outreach organized and effective
Research opportunities that support new business outreach and collaborations
Support design and distribution of newsletters
Website & Archive Support
Curate and update the website with new work, highlighting each artist’s strongest and most current projects
Maintain organized artist archives, including imagery, motion work, case studies, and supporting materials
Collect, organize, and prepare archives for new artist onboarding and launches
PR & Awards
Gather and organize materials to submit artist and agency work for industry awards and competitions
Support preparation for agency screenings, conferences, and events by organizing presentation materials and work samples
Ideal Candidate
2-4 years experience in marketing, communications, creative agency, or similar environment
Comfortable working across Adobe Suite, Google Suite, social media platforms, CMS systems, newsletter platforms, and presentation tools
Strong visual judgment and curatorial instincts, with the ability to quickly learn a diverse roster of artists
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Interest in art, photography, illustration, design, and visual culture

Decks and treatments are well designed and delivered on time
Social media, newsletters, and marketing materials feel cohesive, on-brand, and culturally sharp
Talent portfolios are consistently updated and well curated
The team feels supported with strong, well prepared materials for outreach and presentations
