Entry‑Level Community Outreach Associate
to support our non‑profit clients in
fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships . This role is ideal for candidates passionate about
community engagement, event marketing, and non‑profit development . You will play a key role in coordinating outreach initiatives, promoting events, and building relationships that strengthen our clients’ missions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing community outreach initiatives and fundraising events
Support the development and management of volunteer programs and donor engagement campaigns
Conduct research to identify potential community partners, sponsors, and donors
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and social media content
Track outreach metrics, participation rates, and fundraising outcomes
Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and in‑person interactions
Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, database updates, and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Non‑Profit Management, or related field
Strong interest in
community engagement, fundraising, and event marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
