Growth & Demand Generation Manager
WSCAD GmbH: AI-Powered Electrical CAD, Charlotte, NC, United States
WSCAD builds electrical engineering software (CAD) used by machine builders worldwide. Our platform is the only AI-driven electrical engineering system. To accelerate our growth in the U.S., we are hiring a Growth & Demand Generation Manager.
Your mission is simple: create a repeatable lead generation machine, build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. This role is not about brand campaigns or marketing creativity for its own sake. It is about measurable growth through data-driven marketing.
What we expect – Your qualifications: You are likely a performance marketer or growth marketer, not a traditional brand marketer. If you enjoy dashboards, conversion funnels, and performance optimization more than brainstorming slogans, you will fit well here.
2–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
experience generating pipeline for SaaS or technical products
strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing data
experience managing paid acquisition channels
experience building dashboards and campaign performance reports
familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
We are looking for someone who: measures everything, runs structured experiments, and makes decisions based on data.
What We Are NOT Looking For
runs campaigns without measurable outcomes
prioritizes brand awareness over pipeline
relies on marketing intuition rather than data
Have we picked your interest? Why This Role Is Interesting
direct impact on revenue growth
work on a highly technical, AI-driven software product for engineers
significant autonomy to build the marketing engine
opportunity to shape the U.S. growth strategy
What awaits you – Your responsibilities: 1. Pipeline Generation
You are responsible for building a measurable lead generation engine. Your success metric is qualified pipeline created, not impressions or clicks. Examples:
LinkedIn campaigns targeting electrical engineering decision makers
Google Ads targeting electrical engineering software searches
industry newsletter sponsorships
retargeting funnels
email lead nurturing campaigns
2. Funnel Optimization
You will continuously improve the funnel: traffic → leads → MQL → sales opportunities. This includes:
conversion optimization of landing pages
A/B testing of messaging and offers
campaign ROI analysis
improving cost per lead and cost per opportunity
3. Marketing Analytics
Every activity must be measurable. You will:
build dashboards for campaign performance
track CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution
identify which channels produce real opportunities
shut down underperforming campaigns quickly
4. Marketing Systems
You will manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools such as:
HubSpot
CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
marketing automation workflows
lead scoring and lead routing
Clean data and measurable funnels are critical.
Benefits
Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
Flexible working hours and hybrid work options
Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k))
Ongoing training and professional development programs (Onboarding in Munich, Germany)
Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing international company
A collaborative, innovative, and supportive team culture
