About the Role

CBRE is seeking a Structured Transactions Team Lead to oversee and drive execution of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac structured loan products, including Credit Facilities, Bulk Deliveries, Transitional Lines of Credit, and Long-Term Financing Facilities. What You’ll Do

Structured Transactions Execution & Oversight

Serve as the central point of contact and lead all stages of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Structured Transactions Oversee and review deal screening, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and documentation Own and maintain the transaction sizer throughout each deal lifecycle Facilitate deal calls, legal negotiation, and commitment reviews Manage post-closing handoff to asset management and support property-level and transaction-level requests Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Directly or indirectly manage an Underwriter and/or Underwriting Analyst Coordinate workstreams across Underwriting, Legal, Closing, Asset Management, and Production Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing across internal stakeholders and junior team members Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reports reflecting structured activity Lead quarterly asset performance reviews and support watch list management Identify refinance, conversion, and borrow-up opportunities in the portfolio Marketing & Strategy

Support preparation of pitch materials, production statistics, and conference collateral Collaborate with the Managing Director and Producers on deal strategy, client messaging, and execution planning Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners including: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac production, credit, and asset management teams Legal counsel and external advisors Borrowers and borrower counsel CBRE producers, underwriters, and CMC groups Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects

Assist with training materials, team development, and executive leadership initiatives
