Salesforce Architect (Remote)
We are looking for a
Salesforce Architect . This role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient solutions by defining standards, guiding development practices, and overseeing integrations. The architect collaborates with product owners and other architects within Agile frameworks to align technology with business goals.

Responsibilities
Create and sustain end‑to‑end technical architecture for Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Define and enforce Salesforce CoE standards, including coding practices, Git/SFDX branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct architecture reviews to assess the impact of new features on system performance and technical debt.
Architect and implement integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub API, and middleware solutions.
Partner with Product Owners and fellow architects during PI planning, ART framework, and other Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud (Community).
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub API, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Platform Events.
Strong understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML for Single Sign‑On (SSO).
Ability to define standards, guide teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in CI/CD and version control.
Experience working within SAFe/ART frameworks and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $100,890–$138,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
