Senior Graphic Digital Designer The Senior Graphic/Digital Designer leads the creative development and production of high-quality visual communications that support marketing, promotions, and brand initiatives for Naskila Casino and designated programs and services for the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas. This position designs and produces engaging digital and print materials, including advertising, promotional campaigns, property signage, and event collateral, to enhance guest engagement, promote tribal programs, and strengthen brand visibility REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered. Minimum of
5 years of professional graphic design experience , including demonstrated leadership or ownership of complex design projects. Demonstrated experience developing creative assets for
integrated marketing campaigns , including advertising, promotions, social media, web, and print collateral. Experience designing
large-format and production-ready files
for signage, promotional materials, and advertising. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, brand development, campaign execution, and production design across multiple platforms. Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Cloud applications
including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant applications. Experience adapting creative for
multiple platforms , including digital signage, social media, email marketing, and web graphics. PREFERRED:
Prior experience in
casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or resort marketing environments
preferred. Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and vendor coordination preferred. Basic photography, photo editing, and visual content creation skills are preferred. Familiarity with
digital signage systems , LED displays, and large-format environmental graphics used throughout casino or resort properties. Working knowledge of
motion graphics or basic video editing
for digital displays, social media, and promotional advertising. Experience with web content
management systems (WCM)
or updating web graphics and online promotional content.
