Job Summary We are looking for a Sr Executive Assistant who can provide high-level, administrative support for our team. In addition, you will manage and coordinate team group events and proactively think of new unique ideas to bring these events to life. You will build relationships with various stakeholders, and manage the process from A‑Z. You will join an organization that is rapidly growing and operates with great emphasis on agility and efficiency.
Your Impact
Managing budgets, PR creation & reconciliation- Monitor and review team purchase orders, and team expense reports, prior to manager approval
Assisting with presentations, report data, complex meeting coordination and travel logistics
Calendar management and assistance to the leadership team
Working closely with multiple stakeholders from various functions- group admins, team members and managers to assist with special projects, and annual planning
Planning and executing group events and social activities, such as happy hours, release events, meet‑ups and more
Qualifications Your Experience
At least 5 years experience as an Administrative assistant or similar role in a Global Hi-Tech company
Experience in calendar management
A team player, Strong collaborations with various stakeholders
Experience in planning, managing and executing welfare activities is a plus
Highly motivated with a creative attitude and Customer service oriented
Proficiency in Google Suite
Well organized, and ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Fluent English- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com‑missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$101,000.00 - $163,000.00/yr
