Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Assistant Executive Director located in Salina, KS. The Assistant Executive Director will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, overseeing resident care, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires coordination with multiple departments to maintain high standards of service delivery while fostering an inclusive, resident‑focused environment. The Assistant Executive Director will work closely with the Executive Director to develop strategies for continual improvement in community operations and resident satisfaction. Qualifications
Operational Management skills, including experience in managing schedules, resources, and compliance with regulations Leadership and Team Management skills, fostering collaboration and staff development Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and team members effectively Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making proficiency for handling dynamic challenges in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of Senior Living or Healthcare Industry is highly beneficial Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field is preferred Prior experience in a senior living environment or similar field is an asset
