
Apparel Graphic Designer

What you’ll do:
Create original apparel and merch graphics from concept to final art
Turn customer logos, themes, and brand assets into strong custom merchandise designs
Produce high-volume artwork and revisions with speed and consistency
Prepare print-ready files for screen print, embroidery, transfers, and other decoration methods
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production to move projects from concept to manufacturing
Help improve design workflows, efficiency, and scalability across the department
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of design experience in apparel, merch, screen print, or a related field
Strong portfolio showing original apparel design and brand-driven merch work
Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Strong understanding of print-ready production files, separations, vector art, and decoration limitations
Ability to work fast, manage volume, and create strong work with limited direction
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflow optimization
Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and coachable
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of specialty inks and techniques like puff, foil, halftones, distressing, and simulated process
Illustration ability, strong typography, or experience building design systems/templates
Success in this role looks like: strong wearable concepts, fast turnaround, clean production-ready files, and great collaboration with both sales and production.
