Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online, and build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients using consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue.
Prospect new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data and close new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to increase sales revenue and support marketing initiatives.
Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and trends within your territory, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
Deliver outstanding customer support via regular communication, meetings, and reporting, including travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of successful business‑to‑business sales and account management experience in key industries such as commercial real‑estate, digital advertising, or related technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas while emphasizing customer experience.
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
High‑school driving license compliance and ability to travel by car.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate with senior or C‑Suite level relationships.
Strong analytical skills to build and present reporting and strategic recommendations based on market data.
Operational motor vehicle access prior to or by start date.
Self‑starter who thrives in both team and independent environments.
Adaptability to fast‑growth company dynamics.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $70,000‑$80,000, plus commission opportunities.
Uncapped commissions and Presidents Club incentive trips.
