Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Global Account Manager to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Asset Lifecycle Management business by building and expanding key strategic accounts within the hardware and technology sector. You will act as the primary relationship builder and trusted advisor for customers navigating complex transitions, such as Recovery for Re‑Use and Trade‑in programs.
Our Asset Lifecycle Management team is a fast‑paced, global group dedicated to circular economy innovation, helping the world's leading organizations manage their Information Technology assets with security and sustainability at the forefront.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Growth & Revenue Leadership:
Develop and execute "Sell-To" and "Sell-Through" account plans to grow market share within Original Equipment Manufacturer accounts, utilizing Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership reductions and sustainability Return on Investment.
Integrated Lifecycle Management:
Lead the transition of enterprise hardware products—including collection, repair, and reintegration—by collaborating on Product Lifecycle Management to ensure recovery services are integrated from the point of manufacture through the entire supply chain.
Cross‑Functional & Executive Influence:
Partner with internal sales specialists and global technical stakeholders to translate complex customer challenges into scalable service offerings, maintaining a high level of executive presence to influence both C‑Suite stakeholders and factory‑level operations leads.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience
in enterprise sales or account management, specifically managing complex global Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators within a manufacturing or large‑scale hardware distribution environment.
Deep Industry Expertise
in Information Technology hardware lifecycle processes, including a strong understanding of Reverse Logistics, trade‑in programs, take‑back schemes, and regional compliance.
Proven Ability to build long‑term, consultative relationships
with global enterprise customers while navigating rapidly changing organizational structures and complex supply chain logistics.
A Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; a Master of Business Administration is preferred.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00 + commissions.
Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
