Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic webinar presenter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, finance-focused environment.
This role is not purely educational. Our presenters are responsible for engaging large live audiences, building belief in our methodology and tools, and driving strong conversion during live webinar events.
The ideal candidate combines strong stage presence, high sales intelligence, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into engaging presentations.
You do not need to be an experienced professional trader. What matters most is your ability to connect with an audience, present confidently, collaborate with a team of presenters, and perform in high-stakes live webinar environments.
Trading knowledge can be taught. Presentation excellence, competitiveness, and audience connection cannot.
Key Responsibilities Live Webinar Presentation Host and present high-energy live webinars and special events for large online audiences interested in stock trading and financial markets.
Audience Engagement & Conversion Guide viewers through engaging presentations designed to build trust, communicate value, and drive strong audience participation and conversion during live events.
Market & Platform Demonstration Present trading ideas, market insights, and platform features in a clear and compelling way using tools such as Oracle, IRIS AI, and the StocksToTrade platform.
Collaborative Speaker Environment Work closely with a team of presenters, sharing strategies, presentation techniques, and insights to continuously improve performance across the speaker team.
Content & Presentation Development Collaborate with internal teams to refine webinar scripts, presentation flow, and teaching moments that help audiences understand both the markets and the value of our tools.
Performance Optimization Continuously refine delivery, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques to improve webinar performance and overall sales outcomes.
What We’re Looking For Exceptional Presenter You are charismatic, confident on camera, and able to command the attention of a live audience for extended periods of time.
High Sales IQ You understand persuasion, audience psychology, and how to guide viewers toward taking action during a live presentation.
Competitive Performer You thrive in performance-driven environments and enjoy improving your results through practice, coaching, and team collaboration.
Team-Oriented You actively share insights, presentation strategies, and learnings with other presenters to elevate the entire speaker team.
Financial Markets Interest You have a strong interest in trading, investing, or financial markets and are excited to present in a trading-focused environment.
Coachable & Adaptable You are comfortable receiving feedback and continuously refining your delivery and presentation style.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience hosting webinars, live streams, or online presentations
Background in sales, marketing, or audience-facing roles
Familiarity with trading or financial markets
Experience presenting educational or informational content online
Work Environment This is a remote, desk-based role that requires extended periods of computer work, screen time, and live presentation via webcam and webinar software. A professional home office setup is required.
