The Role
We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support our North American team with marketing activities that will increase awareness, accelerate pipeline generation and drive revenue for ActiveViam. Based in our New York office, you will work closely with our Sales & Solutions Engineering teams to execute localized campaigns and events, as well as supporting the marketing team with the communications strategy. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, based in London (UK). This role is ideally suited to candidates who are looking to further develop their marketing skills in a fast‑paced Fintech firm with ambitious growth plans. You will need to be a self‑starter, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Curious, collaborative, and results‑driven, you are ready to take ownership of campaigns and contribute directly to the success of the region. Key Responsibilities
Execute regional field marketing programs including events, webinars, digital advertising and email campaigns to engage prospects and customers Collaborate with team on campaign coordination and targeting, providing insights to develop localized campaigns to drive pipeline growth Work with the marketing team to adapt corporate messaging, campaigns and marketing assets for regional relevance Lead on communication plans including sourcing and drafting corporate announcements and customer stories, and managing their publication and distribution across multiple channels Coordinate regional events including sponsorships and trade shows, and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a regional customer event Coordination of thought leadership opportunities through third‑party sponsorship opportunities Conduct market research on key themes and topics for input into the social media content plan Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, GitHub and Gong) and develop efficient workflows for full campaign lifecycle management List building, campaign performance tracking and lead management to ensure alignment with sales goals Required Skills
2‑3 years’ professional‑related experience Strong track record of campaign planning and coordination Ability to work independently to execute campaigns and activities at pace Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively Ability to work collaboratively with regional team members to localize messaging and campaign content Preferred Skills
B2B technology marketing experience – ideally in the financial sector Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – you are comfortable engaging with colleagues, partners, customers and external suppliers Experience with digital advertising on LinkedIn Experience with targeting, segmentation, list acquisition and list building
