The Role:

As a Solutions Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will lead strategic product marketing initiatives that drive significant business impact. You'll own complex solutions portfolios (including verticals, personas, use cases, etc.), mentor junior team members, and serve as a thought leader both internally and externally. This role requires deep market expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence at the executive level while driving cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership – Own end-to-end product marketing strategy for your specific solution area/industry. Drive company-wide positioning and messaging initiatives that shape market perception. Lead strategic market analysis and competitive intelligence that influences product roadmap. Partner with executive leadership on market strategy and analyst relations. Advanced Product Marketing Execution – Develop sophisticated go-to-market strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder products. Create comprehensive enablement programs that accelerate sales team performance. Lead major product launches with company-wide visibility and revenue impact. Build and execute thought leadership programs that establish Iterable as category leader. Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as primary PMM liaison with our integrated campaigns team, sales enablement, and GTM teams. Lead customer advisory board sessions and executive customer engagements. Drive alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. Mentor and develop junior product marketing team members. Conduct sophisticated buyer research and competitive analysis. Identify and develop new market opportunities and solution categories. Lead win/loss analysis programs that drive product and GTM improvements. Build strategic partner and alliance marketing programs. Revenue Impact – Own expansion marketing strategies that drive net revenue retention. Develop account-based marketing approaches for enterprise opportunities. Create pricing and packaging recommendations based on market analysis. Drive customer advocacy programs that generate qualified pipeline. Advanced Responsibilities: Solutions Marketing Focus Architect customer solution narratives tailored to verticals and personas. Develop market segmentation strategies that guide GTM focus and investment. Lead integrated campaigns that demonstrate clear pipeline and revenue attribution. Build industry expertise that establishes competitive moats. What We're Looking For: Experience & Background 5-7 years in product marketing. Proven track record launching complex B2B SaaS products with measurable business impact. Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes. Deep knowledge of marketing technology, customer data platforms, or related spaces. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels. Experience mentoring and developing marketing team members. Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into business strategy. Proven success driving measurable improvements in win rates, deal size, or sales velocity. Technical & Analytical Skills Comfort with technical products and ability to communicate with engineering teams. Advanced customer research and market analysis capabilities. Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing marketing programs. Strong presentation skills for executive and customer audiences. Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of MarTech landscape and competitive dynamics. Experience with customer data platforms, marketing automation, or related technologies. Knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on marketing technology. Understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing and customer engagement. Success Metrics: Revenue influence and pipeline attribution. Competitive win rates and market share growth. Product adoption across customer base. The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $119,000 - $185,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
