Now Hiring: Relationship Manager- Advisor Engagement The Relationship Manager is a high‑impact role reporting directly to the Director of Advisor Engagement. We are looking for a motivated communicator who is ready to take ownership of advisor relationships. We believe in setting our team up for success, which is why you will receive direct mentorship and shadowing opportunities to master our strategies, build your industry IQ, and thrive in our high‑energy, in‑office culture.
As the primary point of contact for our financial advisors, you will bridge the gap between complex investment strategy and real‑world implementation. You’ll go beyond traditional support by consulting directly with advisors to create solutions for their clients and delivering elite business enhancement services.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build, grow, and maintain new and existing advisor relationships across the country
Shadow senior leadership to master the ability to articulate our firm’s value proposition and investment strategies
Work directly with advisors to develop and implement complex investment solutions for their clients
Identify and assess firm growth opportunities, contributing your voice to the execution of national sales strategies
Schedule and conduct high‑level meetings (video, phone, or in‑person) and assist advisors in the planning and implementation process with end investors
Perform trend analysis and identify system improvements to keep Vicus on the cutting edge
Work closely with the Director of Advisor Engagement and other team members to provide world class service to our national advisor network
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of sales experience preferred (Financial services/investment management industry experience a plus)
Must be highly motivated, relationship‑oriented, and an organized self‑starter ready to develop and execute a business plan
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel as well as interest in learning CRM systems
Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi‑task in a high‑energy environment
A high degree of professionalism and integrity

This is full‑time in office salaried position; 8:00am – 5:00pm with opportunity to flex your hours after 1 year
