KAKE, the ABC affiliate in Wichita, Kansas, is looking for an aggressive, highly motivated and skilled Web Producer/Assignment Desk candidateto join our award-winning staff.We are seeking a journalist with great work ethic.
DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Must be able to perform duties on all digital platforms, from website publishing to all of KAKE's social media accounts Must have strong writing ability and outstanding organizational & communication skills We want people with winning attitudes and people who want the best in each and every article and post We are looking for a self-starter who can present a balanced news product Must be creative, open to ideas, and make our digital elements as strong as they can be Ability to generate story ideas and write original content Ability to positively interact with the public through viewer phone calls Redirect reporter and/or photographers to breaking news coverage QUALIFICATIONS:
