We are open to considering exceptional **US East Coast–based remote** candidates who can travel regularly to Union Beach. Be part of a **strategic, collaborative, forward-thinking** team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.• Serve as a senior technical escalation point for team members, applying broad technical experience to guide decisions, assess risk, and resolve complex cross-product, security, and integration challenges • 10+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Collaboration, Microsoft 365, or related enterprise technology domains Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a related field preferred
• Proven leadership experience in product management with demonstrated success delivering enterprise solutions
• Strong track record of driving large, cross-functional programs and navigating enterprise governance processes
• Experience partnering with senior executives and global stakeholders
• High level of technical fluency across Digital Workplace platforms, cloud technologies, and architectural best practices
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence across distributed teams
• Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities • Experience with next-generation AI technologies, including Copilot and Copilot Studio• Opportunity to directly shape the future of IFF’s global digital workplace
