A multi-disciplinary design firm in Chicago is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team!
Job Description
Execute project deliverables within the allotted time frame as per project schedule
Create design iterations and options for review
Communicate ideas effectively using hand sketches
Study and interpret plans, elevations, and details in CAD
Convert conceptual designs into 3D models using SketchUp and Enscape
Utilize Bluebeam for internal and external communication
Redline renderings, models, and prototypes to align with design concepts
Manage tasks independently under the direction of the Senior Designer
Qualifications
Bachelor and/or Master in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
2+ years of experience in an interiors firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with schematic design and design development
Experience in FF&E selections
Completed 2+ custom restaurant projects
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.
