We are currently looking for an experienced individual with strong ERP implementation, project management, account management and business analysis skills to join our team as an Enterprise Applications Consulting Director.
Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in information technology and business process improvement with a majority of the following characteristics:
Minimum of 8+ years of management consulting firm experience, including sales or practice management
Minimum of 10+ years of IT management applications experience or functional business area leadership experience
Manufacturing, distribution, and/or service industry experience
Experience with initiatives such as business system (ERP) selections and/or implementations
Experience with enterprise ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/BC), Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, IFS/Acumatica, Infor CSI, Oracle or SAP
Experience with CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce
Experience with business process analysis tools and techniques and process improvement efforts
Experience with managing customer account services
Experience with business analytics and FP&A reporting (i.e., Planful, OneStream, Adaptive) tools
Experience with merger & acquisition transition / integration efforts
Extensive project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Personal drive and perseverance to achieve results in fast paced environments
Willingness to continue learning new techniques and technologies
Flexibility to travel based on client requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering or Information Systems
The following certifications are desirable: PMP, CMA, CPIM, CIRM or CPA
This is a full-time, salaried position. Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorships are available for this position. While this position does require travel, individuals will be based out of our Mequon, Wisconsin headquarters. No relocation assistance is available for this position.
