Business Execution Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant, you will be part of the Lockbox Project supporting operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Execution Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina and Minneapolis, Minnesota (On-site role at both locations; 3 days on-site per week)
What's the Job?
Act as a true business consultant, proactively identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions. Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand workflows, challenges, and execution gaps. Identify pain points and determine how they can be addressed through tools, process changes, or improved visibility. Design and create templates, documentation, and execution tools to support consistent business outcomes. Partner with leadership and process teams to support execution initiatives aligned with Lean and continuous improvement principles. What's Needed?
Proven experience as a Business Execution Consultant, Business Process Consultant, or similar consultative role. Strong ability to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and uncover root causes. Experience creating templates, tools, and execution frameworks that are adopted by the business. Comfort working with workforce management or monitoring tools (Variant experience is a strong plus). Strong process mindset; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts is highly preferred.
