Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Collision Center Estimator

to join our high-performing body shop team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the repair process while delivering a premium service experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates

Work with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements

Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers

Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs

Maintain proper documentation and follow OEM/Cadillac repair procedures

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

At least 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.

Experience with estimating systems.

Strong knowledge of collision repair and insurance processes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

I-CAR certification a plus.

Previous experience in working the Sales Manager desk.

Required

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles.

Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Additional Information Compensation

$50,000 to $85,000 +

Draw plus commission

Meeting and exceeding sales and company goals

Schedule

Full Time

Monday through Saturday availability

Sundays off
