Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Katy, TX. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include building and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and collaborating with the team to devise and implement effective sales strategies. You will represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking gatherings to promote Capital Title's services. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the sales and marketing efforts of the organization.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and build strong client relationships
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals
Experience in the title or real estate industries is a plus
