5 days in office for the first few months, then 4:1 office:home hybrid model

Harnham is offering an entry-level role that gives you the platform to kick-off your career. Titled above Business Development, this role is a sales role that is often termed 'Recruitment Consultant' but is 65% business development, and the rest 'recruitment' for the clients that you have won. If you are someone who can see themselves enjoying working to targets in a role that sees you engaged with clients, candidates all whilst having the opportunity to make commission for the work you put in and also work towards promotions as well.

Because of the way that our training works, you can hail from any industry or educational background; we just need to know you want to be the best and eager to make money within a Recruitment role.

The Role: This is a full desk recruitment consultant role with heavy business development responsibilities alongside the requirement to find candidates as well. The environment is very target driven; you'll be competing with your co-workers to meet and exceed office targets. You'll do this through networking with hiring managers or candidates and negotiating terms of business or candidate offers. During our process, we will give you more detailed information about the role and what to expect, and we certainly do not spare you the details around the goods and the bads - so if you are intrigued, dont worry, we will fill in all the gaps.

Your Skills and Experience: You probably didn't grow up saying "I want to work in recruitment" (we didn't either!). However, if you have experience offering top notch customer service skills or used to working in a target driven profession, you'll thrive in this environment as a recruitment consultant. Ultimately you need to want to work in sales. We'll give you the full training and support needed for you to turn this into a lucrative career.

Please note you will be in 5 days a week for the first six months, before moving to a 4:1 split (office:home).
