Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator in Birmingham office for our Distribution & Commercial team.

WHO WE WANT.........
Reviews data and blueprints to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists of cost estimates.
Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, change order pricing, vendors or subcontractors agreement, and determining cost effectiveness.
Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
Consults with customers, subcontractors, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Qualifications The new team member is required to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with a minimum of five years’ experience in estimating or project management. Exposure to design/build is highly preferred. Must be physically located in the Issaquah, WA area.
