The Role As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will serve as a strategic technical leader across pre-sales and early delivery cycles. You will partner closely with Client Executives, Sellers, and Delivery Leaders to shape enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, influence buying decisions, and help close complex, high-value deals. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for architects who enjoy owning the solution narrative end-to-end: from business problem and architecture through value articulation and delivery transition. Success in this role is measured by deal impact, solution quality, executive trust, and the ability to scale repeatable offerings across the practice. This role is designed for senior architects operating at the enterprise and executive level, with growth paths into Principal Architect or Practice Leadership roles. Core Responsibilities Serve as the technical and solution authority for Salesforce pre-sales engagements, partnering with Client Executives and Sales leadership to win complex, enterprise-scale deals. Lead end-to-end solution strategy, translating client business objectives into scalable, secure, and delivery-ready Salesforce architectures. Own the solution narrative and accountability across the deal lifecycle, from discovery and executive workshops through estimation, close, and transition to delivery. Lead and shape complex Salesforce pursuits, including RFIs/RFPs, solution design, effort estimation, implementation approach, and competitive positioning. Design and deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs that clearly articulate business value, differentiation, and ROI. Develop and own core solution artifacts, including architecture diagrams, business process flows, implementation roadmaps, and Statements of Work (SOWs). Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sale to post-sale, maintaining solution integrity and continuity across sales, delivery, and customer teams. Contribute to the development of repeatable GTM offerings, accelerators, and solution frameworks, incorporating Salesforce product roadmaps, emerging agentic capabilities such as Agentforce, and market trends. What You Bring Experience & Expertise 10+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or sales engineering. Proven success supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce deals. Deep knowledge of Salesforce's cloud portfolio, including Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and emerging agentic capabilities such as Agentforce. Strong understanding of integration patterns, data strategy, security, and scalable architecture. Experience across multiple industries preferred. Skills & Mindset Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value. Confident leading solution discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker who balances innovation with pragmatism and delivery realism.
