As the primary contact, the Travel Insurance Agent helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT. Benefits: $21/Hour starting pay Casual dress environment Eleven company-paid holidays plus 20 PTO days 401(k) Retirement Plan with 6% company match Available health, dental, and vision insurance plans The Adventure Ahead: Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling) Determines the customer's needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customers Processes changes to existing policies Remains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures Skills and Experience Needed: High School degree/GED Two years of Customer Service experience Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Producer's license and Limited Lines Travel Insurance Producer License in applicable states (company paid) Dependable and able to work evenings and Saturdays Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base InsureMyTrip is an equal-opportunity employer. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
