Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Architectural Designer based in Louisville, KY. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for preparing construction drawings, developing architectural and urban planning solutions, and ensuring seamless alignment between design and project objectives. The position involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, producing detailed drawings, and actively participating in the design process to meet project goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on innovative and adaptive solutions.
Experience with Construction Drawings and Drawing, ensuring precise and detailed deliverables.
Understanding of Urban Planning concepts as part of holistic project development.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Previous professional experience in an architectural or design firm is a plus.
