Responsibilities
As a bid manager you are responsible for bid preparation during the project acquisition phase of our international projects
You have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating bid projects, as well as for managing technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
You are responsible for proposal costs, and your project budget, including associated calculations.
You analyze customer requirements, coordinate the systems design, and identify/evaluate project risks
You handed the detailed planning of proposal preparation (bid strategy, schedule, proposal costs, and target price)
You organize and lead proposal milestone meetings and present your project status to management
Profile
You hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
You bring solid experience in (bid) project management
You have industry experience (in logistics is a plus).
You are a committed, responsible team player who keeps set goals and improvements in focus and is capable of inspiring others for joint projects
You have intercultural experience and are open to challenges
You have strong knowledge in English (any other language is a plus)
